Bodet-Hérold “Physis” Extra-Brut
CRÉMANT DE LOIRE, FRANCE | 2019
Made from 90% Chenin Blanc and 10% Grolleau, the grapes are all grown on the prized tuffeau soils of Saumur which creates tension, elegance, and precision in the resulting wines.
Vices and Vertus “Orgueil”
MUSCADET DE SÈVRE-ET-MAINE, FRANCE | NV
The “Orgueil” brut rosé is made entirely in-house using the méthode traditionelle. The Cabernet Franc grapes are hand harvested and directly pressed, with a short maceration. This wine is a delicious accompaniment to a tray of briny oysters, but it’s also perfect on its own as an aperitif.
